For because of Him (Jesus) the whole body (the church in all its various parts), closely joined and firmly knit together by the joints and ligaments with which it is supplied, when each part is working properly in all its functions grows to full maturity. (Eph.4:16 Amp.)  The biblical pattern is Paul and Timothy or Ruth and Naomi, by assisting others to grow into ministry by precept and example.

Our mentoring program helps fulfill the vision by preparing and equipping saints for the work of the ministry. We are here to first bring a restoration and wholeness to the intern and then assist in discipleship and training. It is our belief that all in the Body of Christ have a destiny in God and a place of calling upon their lives. Our goal is to help you find your calling and giftings in God and to develop and perfect those gifts for the use of ministry somewhere.

We mentor in missions, counseling and ministry. We have opportunities for ministry internship with our ministry or with other quality ministries,  that can help develop your “hands on” training.  Able, effective balanced ministers with godly character is the fruit we desire from our mentoring program. We meet on weekend sessions with those from other states as well as local interns. Mission interns travel overseas with us and learn all aspects of missions.  Study Topics Can Include: Authority, Spiritual Warfare, Modes of Prayer, Freedom from bondages, Godly relationships, Essence of Ministry, Character development,  and ministry gifts as well as many others. Missions includes customs, transportation, hotel, ministry to other cultures, legal handups, airlines, team unity, food and medical care, etc. They also include extensive times of indivdual questions and answers.
